Carholme Community Plan Working Group

Help Shape the Future of Carholme!

The Carholme Community Plan is a community-led project covering the whole of the Carholme Ward. Originally developed as a Neighbourhood Plan, it has now expanded into a wider Community Plan, creating more opportunities for community projects, partnership working and external funding.

The project is supported by the Carholme Community Forum, and further resident consultation is planned as the project develops. Carholme residents are invited to become part of the Carholme Community Plan Working Group and help shape the future of the area. The Community Plan team is also looking for volunteers to take on the roles of Administration Lead and Communications Lead. Our neighbours at WERA and Long Leys Residents’ Association are already contributing to this important legal document. HUHRA would also like to find a volunteer to attend Community Plan meetings as our representative, helping ensure our community's views are heard, and reporting back to the Committee.
