41 Yarborough Road; Development Update
Construction work has now started on the land at 41 Yarborough Road (Planning Ref: 2023/0217/FUL). We appreciate that activity of this nature can sometimes bring a little disruption, but a number of residents have already been in touch with us about what they’ve seen and experienced.
We’ve checked the approved Construction Management Plan (CMP) and have been in contact with the Enforcement Team to make sure the appropriate arrangements are being followed.
